Mihir Sheth - Director

Mr. Mihir Sheth is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with more than 30 years of experience in business and industry. An alumni of Deloitte Haskins & Sells for his Chartered Accountancy, his familiarities with various Tax Laws and Accounting systems backed by senior management experience gives great strength to the company. He was for many years a visiting faculty at premier management institute in Mumbai and is a frequent Speaker in his free time on relevant Management subjects at prestigious forums. He has also contributed articles on Taxation in leading journals & newspapers. He is the President of Bombay Chartered Accountants' Society which is a body of professionals representing to the Government on various accounting and auditing policy matters.

Extensively travelled, Mr. Mihir Sheth is very well connected in the Management, Accounting and Tax circle in India.

Jiten Goradia is an IT and management professional with over 23 years of experience. A graduate from Mumbai University, with post-graduate qualifications in both IT and Marketing Management, he has undergone several other advanced courses both in India and overseas.

Moving on from pure software development to IT consulting, marketing and strategy, he has worked closely with several large organizations, like PAR, Wipro, Tangerine, the Singapore based mega-IT conglomerate, the Thakral Group. He was the Principal Consultant and Regional Director (West) to the Indian arm of the Wigan and Leigh College UK, and has travelled extensively.
